It was probably removed because it's one of, if not the most common cause for medics to not do their job properly.

you need the medic to stay alive to heal others. the blutsauger saves them so they can save you

if a player only uses the blutsauger, then they're a noob and will eventually learn as they get more experience

IIRC they banned someone 3 years ago for being immature and are still keeping it banned today. if im right then you're probably never going to get unbanned
