Men of War: Assault Squad. I buy the heaviest tank I can, set it at the front out of view of AT gun fire and infantry with AT grenades. A StuG or Panzer II rolls along and 1-hits it. Every. loving. Time.

I eventually stopped buying those money sinks and instead starting spending my points on the much more entertaining and cost-effective Bonzai charges.


Aurora. I get the best ships I can make with the best technology Humanity has to offer and then some, send them to attack the Precursors/NPR/whatever and I'm sure to win. Instead, I get kited to death by enemy ships and I can't get my 4-missile salvos through their PD.

Using my only Eye of Ender, I got bored and tried finding a stronghold.
Got so lucky that the Eye never dissapeared until I found a spot I was 100% positive had a stronghold directly below.

It was over an icy lake.
I saw a little hole, 1x1, in the bottom of the lake.
As I made my way over to it from underwater, I got held up by an ice block.

I didn't think I had enough breath to make it to the hole, so I headed back for the surface.

Got stuck on another ice block.
