Lucid Dreaming

I love lucid dreaming. Makes me feel like I can do anything.
Sometimes, I dream about telekenesis, or I just dream up a shot gun and shoot stuff up.
But I can't fly. If I try to, I wake up. No exceptions.
Anyway, have you ever lucid dreams, and if so what do you do in them?

I've done it a bit too much and now I can lucid dream without even trying. It doesn't happen as often when I go somewhere else, but I still get them.

Next week I am going all out lucid. I haven't attempted this for MONTHS after failing so many attempts. I need to get a dream journal, dream check every hour, and get my stuff straight. gon forget some bitches in my head.

I try, but can't. I always end up falling asleep regularly. Lucidity is luck based for me.

I stopped lucid dreaming when I was about 9, and I wanted to see how my dreams would end up if I didn't manipulate them.
I still remember exactly how I altered them, and it was always DILD, but now I can't come to the realization I'm asleep at all.

Go to bed.
Lay straight.
Don't move, arms beside you.
Ignore all signals.
This means ithces, urges to turn...
Do this for like 30 mins.
Feel heavy weight on chest. Hear odd noises.
Sleep paralysis kicks in.
Close eyes.
