Tried it last night. First time I was in a normal sleeping position, after about half an hour I felt some serious muscle spasms, but nothing dreamy about it. The next time I tried to lay on my back. After nearly half an hour I felt as if I was strapped to my bed and that it was sideways. I was curious as to if this were "sleep paralysis" so I moved my arm. Immediately the feeling passed and I've dismissed lucid dreaming as a myth.
