Okay, I need to loose ten pounds to be in my comfort zone of around 115 pounds, I do about 100 situps a day and I'm 5 foot four inches tall.

What to eat n do n stuff.

Don't do exercises that build muscle mass because that won't help you lose weight.
It's more about what you do than what you eat.

eat: nothing
that wont work
just give yourself a calorie deficit
meaning you eat less calories than you burn
you will lose approximately one pound a week with a deficit of 500 calories, and thusly two pounds a week with one of 1000 calories
I do not suggest going any farther than that

Don't eat a lot of carbs, or only eat what you can burn off. You can buy some ketone sticks, they tell you if you are burning fat or not.

Also, if you are  building muscle while you try to lose weight you won't know if you've lost weight necessarily, as muscle weighs more than fat.

Dude. 6'4" and 125 is REALLY REALLY REALLY underweight. I'm 5'7" and I'm 111. And I'M underweight. Gain some weight jesus.

also yeah, you weigh way too little
I am less than six feet tall and weigh 125lbs.
it's unhealthy, you probably feel fat just because you don't have much muscle
work on gaining weight instead of losing it, but make sure the weight you gain is muscle rather than a lot of fat
