Edit3: Holy forget. Went outside for the first time in months. Game starts saying Winter, and when I left it went "Spring" "Summer" "Autumn" one after another. Wtf? You'd think it'd account for this without the weird cycling.

When you leave the Dream World the Pokemon you've befriended will show up in the Entralink, accessible via the C-Gear

The Global Link will show you a checklist of everything you're taking with you before you leave

Go to your dream world thing, then go to the special world for the movie event, then the dream bridge thing while you're there, play with Victini, have love with it, get your C-Gear skin.
