i beat red with a level 73 zapdos in silver

EDIT: and do different language dittos work for matsuda method or whatever? and what different languages work?

I was under the impression that Ditto would not work, and that as long as the other parent is from any other region it'll be fine

The number of Legendaries per game has risen a lot since Gen I, I'm not sure I like that

Gen I: 5 Gen II: 6 Gen III: 10 Gen IV: 13 Gen V: 13

Seems like Legendaries should be a little less plentiful than that
