Gens I and II had good numbers.

Gen III should have dropped Registeel, Regirock, and Regice. None of them were needed. Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Latios, and Latias would have been fine. Jirachi, maybe, maybe not. I despise Deoxys.
