I wish there was a way to make cheat-devices impossible to use.

It's all about your EV training and move strategy, not level 100-ness.

Cheat-devices can edit EVs and moves.

Edit: You can trade between HG/SS and D/P, right? Because if so I've got my Sapphire's Kyogre on Diamond and I can trade it to SoulSilver after I get Groudon and get Rayquaza aw yeeeee
