Minun = Backup Special Sweeper

Edit: You can trade between HG/SS and D/P, right? Because if so I've got my Sapphire's Kyogre on Diamond and I can trade it to SoulSilver after I get Groudon and get Rayquaza aw yeeeee

you can only get a rayquaza from soulsilver if you trade a kyogre from heartgold to it

I accidentaly got into a few double battles while hatching eggs

let's just say tailow is lvl 13 and cacnea is lvl 7

Because I wasn't ready to start and I accidentally got into a bunch of double battles so Rayquaza needed to fight all the forgeters himself and Tailow and Cacnea soaked up exp.

I don't even have Lileep, he's taking loving forever.
Minun is also taking forever.

Swablu and Ditto won't even have a loving egg.

It's not at all unfair. It would be unfair if you used them in the beginning. If anything, it just makes it harder for you, since you'll only have four Pokemon to use, until the others reach the appropriate level.

or worse, when you're trying to find another of a pokemon you already have and it's supposed to be really common
and you don't find one for a loving hour
