I'd prefer the traditional lvl 100, I guess the "get them back once you fight the Elite Four" thing would work. Really, that's the story with the Pokemon shows.

Ghetsis interests me more, but N, his sisters, and the Shadow Triad will hopefully be fleshed out in these games.

Most games have sequels with numbers. They gave up on colors, now they're doing numbers... Which breaks the whole title scheme for main series games and they should be ashamed.

Unless Ghetsis returns I don't think we'll see the shadow triad, they're bound to Ghetsis because he apparently saved their lives somehow. Come to think of it, I dunno why nobody anticipated a sequel, everything was left unanswered.

No it wouldn't because now to balance out leveling the they'd have to either make up a lot of new moves to fill in the leveling space or stretch out the moves learned with larger intervals

I'd also think though that the better thing about picking the region would be that you could create your ideal team faster.

All the regions in one game would be badass, but think-
First region, your normal Pokemon adventure.

Next region, you've got lvl 60-70 asskickers.

Third, lvl 80-100.

By the fourth, probably all lvl 100. No balance.
