everyone who does record off of their 3ds has a really odd set up and it really varies
i don't think there's anything you could plug in, i think most of them record with a camera set overhead in a specific fashion its really confusing they do a lot of editing to it

there was someone on 4chan doing a give away of 6iv shiny dittos and i managed to sign up early and now breeding good pokes is easy as rooster

I just did some research...I don't think I could get a capture card.  Because:
A). Expensive as stuff
B). Might not work with the 3DS XL

His speed is terrible yes, however his typing does wonders as does Sucker Punch. Bisharp's hard to stop, it only loses vs some other sweepers.

They do, it's far more common. I think Rock Polish would work well if you timed it right though.
