Just got magmortar and completed my national dex. woo

mmm dat bunnelby

i bet it's level 3
One was level 6 and the other level 1.

i can understand crobat

but what's the point of ampharos other than to be edgy?

Either go mixed or special, since she has no physical set-up moves...
oh i just wanted to forget around
so i did that
here's a battle video with the team featuring the little twist
Code: M2ZG-WWWW-WWW5-N3RE

Rare Candies don't apply EV-boosed stats upon level-up so in turn it breaks your pokemon

They don't break anything, EVs are applied as soon as they're earned now

You can EV train level 100s if you want

Nice battle, dat Whimsicott

I was looking through my Battle Videos and found this little pre-bank Battle Spot goody

is it best to ev train scyther to level 100 for attack and def and then evolve it to scizor? I really want to that 105 base speed :L

......what? You want a scizor at level 100 so it can have 105 speed?

what does giving it attack and defense have to do with anything?

well scizor has 65 speed while scyther has 105, though it also has better attack and def. I want to keep scyther's speed, but don't want to miss out on scizor's better strength, so it better to just evolve it or ev train it?

You can't keep scyther's speed unless you EV train it in speed. Even then, why would you want a fast Scizor? He's not going to get much faster anyway.

Also Scizor has good strength but I feel like scyther and scizor are interchangeable.

People usually don't care for Scizor's lack of speed because he has technician bullet punch.

That can get predictable as hell.

i dont think buu knows how to pokemon. however, if you want a really fast scizor, use agility on it to double your speed.

That can get predictable as hell.
well man
i feel like predictability goes hand and hand with everything competitively
iunno i expect everyone to have a pokemon with earthquake now

earthquake is the best move in the game duh

well that's because earthquake is basically the only physical ground type move that people bother using.

Magnitude is unreliable
Fissure is ???
Land's Wrath is exclusive to Zygarde
Dig is an easy switch in
Bonemerang is exclusive to Marowak
AND MORE.

see it's predictable because it's GOOD AND PEOPLE CAUGHT ON punk!
