I actually think Childofdarkness is correct, since the region that Dedenne appears in is based on France, and the most French way to pronounce Dedenne is Deh-den.

In the anime it is produced Deh-Den-Nay, but you are correct with the french styled pronunciation. For it to comply with the french pronunciation it would have to be spelt Dedennè.
