Charizard is of the Monster and Dragon egg groups while Froslass is of the Fairy and Mineral egg groups. In short: they cannot breed with one another. The Pokémon you are attempting to breed must be in the same egg group to have an egg. Some Pokémon can only breed with Ditto.
