I don't think you understand the metagame here, although it is quite an unorthodox one, as people would never expect to stat boost such a pokemon that they may accidentally forfeit the match, the difference between doing so to a Magikarp and a Bad EGG is of Bad EGG's rarity in the OU and Uber scene as opposed to Magikarp's stunning dance upon the tiers. Chances are though that since t-and-o are considered borderline OU and RU, more leaning towards RU, it's just as rare to see t-and-o in a battle as it is Bad EGG. But abeit what tiers are really worth, I would say that Bad EGG's risk factor in the end is much more of a coin toss rather than leaving Bellossom with its dice roll, and I've seen some nice and effective plays with its STAB to its unique WHITE OUT attack, although Dekamarks is known to have it as well. If you aren't a fan of Bad EGG's susceptibility to OHKO itself with WHITE OUT, perchance you may breed a Bad EGG to learn Struggle, which will deal less damage to itself than WHITE OUT does to both, but thankfully not to the verge of Bad EGG killing itself, but instead taking down the enemy. When used effectively with Leftovers one may be able to legitimately sweep any team as long as it is able to heal itself in time. Be wary of Dittos that may lurk as well, because if you both use WHITE OUT OR Struggle it is inevitable that both players will receive damage to all of its other pokemon, which is a terrifying thing that may occur. It is famously known to be one of the few ways to get a draw.
