That's the bottom of her black vest she's wearing under the red top.
She's also wearing the black tight bike shorts of the original design, but instead of the old white skirt she has a new pair of white shorts over the bike ones.
She also has a new bow hairband instead of her old bow bandana.
I'm hoping though that clothes are still available to buy, as in X and Y, and that you get the option to toggle certain clothes off, like hats, gloves, belts, any pins/badges and over shirts.
And if there was the old original design of clothes available to buy ingame.
I'm also surprised that, with this being the pokemon franchise, that the players can't crossdress.
