Split/Second. It is a terribly underrated game, but my advice is to not play multiplayer until you have finished the game.

The Lost Vikings 1, Settlers 5-7, Trine.

Mount and Blade Warband
(or any of them, they are all great but I like warband the most)

Will last hours if you like it and get into it.
(there is a demo for the first one too i think to level 8 or something)

Battlefield 2. It's the best modern FPS I've played.
I host every day. Buy the Steam version or you'll only be able to play with scrubs.

Saints Row 3 and play co-op with me.

Fallout is fun. Cheap, too and has a lot of playtime.
Who cares if it's old, if it's fun as ever?

I could've sworn that the original Fallout was free from Bethesda
I guess that was either just temporary or I'm thinking of a different game

Nah. The first ones the best. And you can only go to level 7 in the demo.
Also, the Lord of the Rings mod doesn't exist for Warband, soooooooo...
