So, I need a chemical change that I can perform in class tomorrow. Any ideas? It has to be kinda unique, easy, and I can't buy anything.

Light a match if your teacher allows it.  Or just bring in a match and tell them that if they were to strike it and successfully light it, it would produce a flame which chemically changes the matter.

Or bring in a hard boiled egg.  The proteins inside are cooked and chemically altered into a safe-to-eat solid.

gas and fire won't necessarily kill you. how do you think bunsen burners work? (okay so it's not exactly fire but it still gets ignited)

The only problem with that is my science teacher already demonstrated burning as a chemical change and I'm assuming someone is going to do that too.
