I need a diet, like, I need one that makes me lose weight pretty fast (I need to lose 5 pounds) but is not unhealty.
Im not gonna starve myself
I head eat eggs and oatmeal for breakfast,
a light chicken sandwhich for lunch with some water
and eat a lighter supper
Any other good ones?
I need to lose this weight for wrestling.
My meal
Break F.: Toast, juice, and possibly cereal
Snack: Cup of pineapples
Lunch: PB&J, milk
Dinner: Typically revolves around meat(pasta 'n meat, hamburgers, hot dogs, sub sandwiches, etc.), and some milk(choco silk).
And also, I exercise from 30 minutes to 2 hours a day. I lost some weight, to the point where people noticed. Though my stomach doesn't expand very well during the day, if I eat more than that I usually throw up or something so that pretty much fills me up until dinner comes. I recommend you eat a bit more than me because you might have a higher eating threshold than me.
