Valkyrie rockets are rockets fired from a handhelf or mounted launcher that are able to be controlled with a TV-monitor as they have a camera in the front and they are steerable. In essence, a steerable missile.

umm... okay. well i think he wants the rocket snake has in SSBB that you can control but when the missle is going to slow. it drops like a bomb and will explode when it hits a wall or the ground
