For all those who are wondering, Obama's parents flying to Kenya for the one sole purpose of having him being born there is so dumb, I'm going to explain why.

First off, man has yet to make an aircraft to cross the entire pacific during the 1960s. This means that they would have to take smaller crafts like bush planes to several different islands just to get to Kenya. Did I mention that that would cost a fortune? Barack's parents weren't the icon of wealth during this time. Secondly, Kenya was a very turbulent place during this time, as it parted from Britain in this time, and is suited with very few actual hospitals, while Hawaii has many hospitals. Thirdly, his mother would've been a pregnant woman during this trip in small aircraft powered by props. Not the best conditions to be traveling.
