To answer this forgotten question, yes, but a lot of the land that's unmarked has actually been taken over by various countries, mainly Avalonia (run by myself) and Erinaum (run by Sway). Most likely you'd have to start out on the far side and we'd tell you if your claim is encroaching on anyone's territory.

If you don't reply to this soon, I'll probably pm it to you.

I think I'm going to try to make an updated map sometime today for everyone's benefit.

Added, but not sure if Barbarian lands should be part of Order, I think that they were half Caprican before Swat annexed, and not sure how to handle that. Hash it out with Frontrox and Swat if there are conflicting claims on the land.

Yo dawg.  I didn't give Caprica the Barbarian Territory.  When I annexed Caprica, I took all its land.  When I gave it back, I gave back the original Caprica, not the conquered land from years ago.  This land is NOT for sale.

The Southern Coal Strip had been Occupied by Erinaum for over 150 years.  The Territory of the Order was my land, and I don't recal giving it over to the Order.  They are free to continue with their projects, though.

Erinaum claims responsibility for the Caprican building disaster, since the steel is most likely to be made in Erinaum after the occupation.  It is very unlikely that this steel was produced in Avalonia.  A compensation of (MDE*) $15,000,000 is sent to Caprica.

I believe I occupy the North Polar Cap.

External Combustion came before Internal Combustion.
