Erinamese Officials encourage civillians to keep buying Avalonian and Caprican goods.  They will not listen.

With Erinaum's permission, Avalonia would like to send in an emissary to talk to the Erinamese people and explain Avalonia's situation and give an account to the Erinamese people, so that if they do not agree with Avalonia's standpoint, they will at least understand it. Success is not expected, but Avalonia feels it has not done its part to encourage peace as well as it could. (Should this go through, Avalonia requests that its emissary be provided with adequate security by the Erinamses government). Should all this work out, Avalonia's Supreme Emperor hopes to share some spirits with the leader of Erinaum.

At the very least, let it be known that I tried to fix things as best I could.

Avalonia would like to trade with Caprica, name what you'd like and I'm sure that Avalonia can provide at a reasonable price. (Although it'll be hard to get goods into Caprica without violating either Erinaum's or Aemilius's airspace).

Leadership of the order has been captured and is soon to go to the firing squads. On the generous accord of our government, any Capitalist peasants of the Order are allowed to leave our borders, should they wish not to be executed.

The Mosin Nagant has been developed into both a carbine; carried by cavalry, and Snipers; carried by marksmen. The idea came to make the barrel longer and add a precise looking glass mounted on the top.

Guard checkpoints are set up on all major roads going into Caprica and the Confederation guarded by brutally trained border guards.

A new military doctrine is being set up, replacing all of our Falling block rifles with the Nagants, Switching uniforms to that of the one in my post, and promoting new political officers called 'Commisars'. Once our weapons are replaced, the old ones will be distributed. But if a citizen wants one, we will do deep background checks.

Caprica, may I remind you that you are not quite yet free from my leash.  Don't pull any stupid stuff that would get your ass dominated.  In the agreement form there was a clause that states:
"If at any point that the State [Erinaum] finds Caprica's performance unsatisfactory during any of the three terms of release, the State may re-annex Caprica at any time and without prior warning."

And Call it Tyranny if you wish, you signed it:
"The State has complete control over the lengths of the terms of Caprica's release, with the exception that it not exceed 120 years in total time."
