Avalonia regrets that things have come as far as they have. That said, due to existing circumstances, Avalonia recalls its ambassador to Erinaum as well as any Avalonian citizens within Erinaum. The Erinamese have played their hand, and their actions indicate that friendly relations between the two fine nations have become impossible. Avalonia is not declaring war, but rather annulling its alliance with Erinaum, though if Erinaum chooses, trade can still continue.
In a few years (RP time), if the whole commie/capitalist hate meter had dropped down a couple of notches, Avalonia may choose to reopen negotiations with Erinaum and open them with the Red Sphere as a whole.
The Erinamese ambassador to Avalonia is removed from the Avalonian Union along with any other Erinamese citizens and sympathizers, They have been moved across the Avalonian-/Erinamese border by train.
A pity to end such a long standing alliance in which both of us have been beneficiaries over something like this, but I guess this was inevitable, commies and capitalists, back of my mind I was always thinking of how to sabotage socialism, you probably were too.
