It's not like its a genetic thing or something like AIDS

Its a sickness, that wouldn't accomplish anything.
True. We will continue studying on it but we can't promise that it will help.

Caprica is looking for new lands, beware.

It seems that you have denied my gracious offer.

Let it be noted that the US border patrol doesn't kill and burn illegal immigrants. It deports them, maybe. Also, humans wouldn't want to get into Avalonia right now, because of the plague, and all of the people who border me are my allies, and thus the only potential threat is from the north, where nobody is. As far as animals getting through, how much could go wrong?

As far as Capricia looking for new lands, where? If you're hoping to escape the plague, good luck. If it's for the sake of conquest, is this really a good time?

We have found something that prevents the sickness. So it's the perfect time!

Most of the infected have died off, entire tribes have been wiped out.

It seems that you have denied my gracious offer.

no, there just is absolutely no good reason to have your borders closed.

Said offer was the aid of my medical geniuses (in relative terms).

Why risk open borders, infected or fly ridden peasants would enter into my nation.

The infection is completely gone.

Well then. Avalonia works feverishly to restore its former military, and bring the people back together in cities under the rue of the New Supreme Emperor, Hamon. The former emperor was assassinated by his bodyguards when he attempted to break his own decree sealing the borders.

Which reminds me, borders unsealed, the Avalonian government allows full trade as it was before, and is holding a celebration feast at its border with Aemilius, any/all are welcome to attend the feast to bring the nations together after this unfortunate catastrophe which is now behind us.

The new Supreme Emperor lifts the ban on the religions of Aemilius and Amnesh worship, claiming that it was the peoples natural response to blame plague on their supposed enemies, and that he wishes to end any hostilities existing before the plague.

Avalonia lost aprox. 100,000 people to the plague, leaving the population at around 590,000, and the military at an undisclosed number.

It appears that caprica requires more land. 25,000 men of the expeditionary force have been sent to the lands east to kill thous pesky little tribal's.

Do not interfere or you will face retaliation.

Rosiiya Imperii will bring the cake.

The backwards tribesmen would probably sacrifice it to their fake gods.

Avalonia welcomes any of the refugees from Caprica's onslaught into society. Need to bulk back up on people.

You'll be harboring war criminals. Not a good idea....
