Erinaum requests a trade of Timber to Avalonia, in exchange for Iron at a rate of 28 Shédñälèks (Equal to apprx. 5 Tons) of Timber for 5 Shédñälèks of Iron. (Apprx 0.8 Tons of Iron)
That Spring, Erinaum's main aqeuduct is complete. A huge celebration occurs. Half of the imported slaves are shipped back to where they came. Actions are being made to continue smaller aqueducts to smaller cities. The cherry trees are in full bloom. All is well in Erinaum...
Unfortunately, King ¡œvón II never got to see the aqueduct completed. He had become extremely ill and was blinded by this disease the day before its completion. He died later that night with these final words to his son, "Lô änk ü vé dòl ül härsas, mï fábo. Bálï dòl rè'ïl.". This translates, "Do what you can do for your people, my son. Live for them." ¡œvón II was titled ¡œvón The Great, in honor of his selflessness. He was buried with high honors; King ¡œvón III is crowned King of the Erinamian Empire the day of the aqueduct's completion.
During the celebration, some people noticed ¡œvón II was not present. A state of panic and worry occurs. The high council then tells the frightened crowd where the King was. Out of the shadows, the new King ¡œvón III steps foreward. The crowd, in a state of shock, becomes angry at the council for not revealing this news sooner. The new king silences the crowd with his hand raised to the sky and addresses the crowd on the nation's current affairs and of his father's duty to his nation and his new role as king. The High Minister of Excávïér corronates the new king. The king recites the vows and is crowned. A period of 90 days of mourning is proclaimed.
