My initial thought was "Oh God damn it, is he really this late?"

But I decided to click it, and holy stuff the Handyman at the end doesn't look like cheap stuff like the other videos. But it looks special, I'm sort of thinking that's actually some boss guy who is a Handyman.

I updated BioShock Wiki with screen captures from the video, added a page on Fink Manufacturing. I have a strong feeling Handymen are made there, especially since the Handyman from the video looks damn special even if he's the first of the new design we've seen, combined with how mechanical and such Fink looks. As such, Fink might be a majority of the level itself. They do show an interior of it.

I dont like the handymen i think the Big Daddys are the best the handymen look like handicapped piles of robotic stuff... imo

I love the new Handymen model. We all complained back during the last gameplay with them because the heart portal looked like a sticker slapped on their chest. They've greatly improved the model. For some reason, I feel like the one in the video is actually the Fink statue guy after some accident and having to use one of his top of the line Autobody suits, but I still think the other Handymen will reflect his new model. :)

Well i think as a mini boss (thats what the best way to describe the Big Daddy fights in B:1) i think the Big daddy is better cuase they fit in with the storyline the handymen do that too... but i feel they just dont fit in with it.

This looks really different from the first, but it still looks nice. It looks like the opposite of the first two, they were all dark and had cold colors. This looks brighter and has warmer colors.
