I hope someone didn't already make a topic for this...
So, the Xbox came out with a dashboard update. It's now called the Xbox "home", and features full kinect voice recognition and gesture compatibilities.
I think it's cool because the voice commands actually work quite well if anyone has a kinect(I don't use gestures that much). Being able to bing something without using the controller is pretty useful, unless you're binging, like, deadmau5. Whatever.
Speaking of bing, it's pretty cool- You can say "Bing potatoes" and legit- it'll search for every movie, video, and song or game or
DLC with potatoes as a keyword. Sometimes it won't recognize it immediately, but it's very useful for finding a movie to watch on Netflix, or to listen to a song on the Zune app.
For anyone without a Kinect, it simplifies the entire menu system so it's a LOT easier to find things than before. There's some new features as well.
Also- Youtube App, HBO, ESPN, and other Tv providers are getting behind the 360, so maybe soon you'll be able to get off of playin' Skyrim and watch some football! America!
Personally, I like it.
