I just got a key to the starhawk beta and was wondering, did anyone else?  I got it in an email today.

Warhawk was a kick ass games and I still play it every once in a while. If it does play like warhawk it should be really fun.

Picture warhawk with a base building addition.  The guns and base building are mostly balanced.  The hawk vehicle is weak on land and disappointing.

Also I guess that gamespot is giving away codes, not sure how.  Also you can sign up on starhawks website to get an email with a code, might not be instant.

The planes/mech thing also look way less badass than the plane/jet/hover thing from warhawk. Doesn't look like it has as much personality.

When it's in mech mode it's really weak and can be killed by a machine gun from one of the guys on the ground.
