How about a screenshot? Also, did you forward ports 28000-28032?

Tell me the name of the router/modem you have. And I'll guide the through it.

the router/modem name is SpeedTouchF8A148

internet going stupid.

First, every time the phone goes off the internet somehow turnes off.
Secondly, the internet keeps turning off at random times and we had to restart the router multiple times.
Thirdly, my server no work.

Alright. I am going to write a long ass response that will explain everything. I am going to assume you know nothing.

Steps:

1) Click on the start orb in the bottom left part of your screen. Then select "Run..."

2) Type in "cmd" and press enter.

3) Once in the command prompt type in "ipconfig" Then once it has loaded the information, look in the first block. It should say "Link-local IPv6 Address, IPv4 Address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway" Find the number next to Default Gateway, and write it down.

4) Go to your internet browser and type in that number into the URL bar at the top.

5) Search around for a section that says something along the lines on "Port Mapping" or "Port Forwarding" click it.

Take a screenshot and show my what you have done so far.

can't seem to find anything that says "port mapping" or "port forwarding"

at all.

Go to your router home page, (by typing in your default gate way) Look for setting and if it has a uPnP setting (most of them do) Enable it .. then make sure uPnP is not disabled in blockland options :)

Post a picture so I can see.

Do you have any firewall or security software installed that could be blocking incoming connections?

Another way to do this would be to enable UPNP on your router if it supports it.
