The pictures you are posting are not high quality, or at least, not as high quality as they could be.

im trying to do the magic wand thing but nearly all my player is missing too

I did different colors but that didnt work
(and i forgot to enable transparenty)
EDIT:one sec i forgot to make the backround glow
