You don't need either, just ban him with his BL_ID. And get his BL_ID by checking the clear bricks list.

Needs more Spaces, I built my build outside the "Squares" but it is still within the space to build roads and such around it.
I'm open to help moderate the server if you want.

If you can get the square adjacent to you where you highway would go, which I think their is, you can build over to it. Also it doesn't have to be winter or Christmas themed, but you already have winter so that's good.
