Some guy named Mikemikew2 goes to IRC with his other friend Mikey555 and start spamming the /me wordshereandstuff command. They decided to keep doing it over and over again while I try to talk to this guy about his Ping. I didn't help much but to tell him to turn the UPnP on and to Port Forward but that is beside the point.
