Author Topic: Target is handicapped  (Read 4037 times)

I know we were seen. The problem is that my friend was banned for defending himself and the rest of us were banned for knowing him.
The only reason he touched him was to restrain him to stop the punches. He even told me afterwards he didn't want to punch the kid back because he didn't want to be arrested for fighting him.
The only reason we walked away was because my friend clearly had it under control. The kid hit him once and was instantly restrained. I felt it would look worse if all four of us confronted a this kid instead of one. The one who restrained the kid is also in 9th grade so they were close to the same age group. It would be terrible if I got involved. I do regret just leaving though. I figured after it happened the kid would have learned not to mess with random people and that would be the end of it. If I would have known Target would trace us all I would have stayed to file a report.

If someone stayed and one other went to go tell someone that worked there, the kid could have got caught. The person that stayed may have to suffer, but it'd pay off.

Also, since you were almost in the same age group, I don't think it matters. You shouldn't touch anyone that you don't know, no matter what.

he was punching their friend. if a child is punching you, you don't just stand there. you detain the child until further action can be taken.

I'm sure the child wouldn't be punching anyone if a parent or guardian or anyone that could see the incident. Telling a worker would pay off, and be an ethical thing to do.

It was quite idiotic of the manager to ban you guys from the store. While you're friend's actions weren't exactly what I would have done in the situation, he did no physical harm and was provoked. I support you fully Destroyer.

the kid was an 8th grader, and i've seen some 8th graders who could kick a junior's ass. some of those motherforgeters can get big.

yes but i doubt a little bitch would be loving with people who would certainly kick his ass. i'm not a huge motherforgeter and i do mess with people, but not to the point where i would try to actually fight one of them.

They were in the same age group. It's a 50 50 chance.

what

Did you read the topic? They were about in the same age group. They both had a fair chance at knocking someone out. The kid shouldn't fight anyone anyways, but he's not a dumbass due to the chances.

he's a dumbass for fighting them in the first place.

The way I read it, Destroyer and his friends are my age (the 18-20 crowd) whereas this kid was in 8th grade (the 13-15 crowd). That age gap can sometimes be a big difference in body types.

Them? One guy decided to start talking trash to him, and then the kid wanted to fight him only.

Well, Destroyer said he was about in the same age group, so I assumed there wasn't much of an age difference.

if you attack a person in a group of people you should expect to fight more than one person. life isn't a loving rpg where enemies fight you one by one.

The kid was following them talking trash, and when the guy says the kid's gonna get his ass kicked, the kid punches him in the ear?

Sorry but that justifies an ass-whippin.
