Reminds me of the bullying codes in my school system, if one kid throws a punch and the other tries to get away both get in trouble.

Once a kid in a grade lower than me punched me because he thought I drew something insulting about him. He tried to leap on me, so I threw him off. Then I tripped and he jumped on me and punched me in the face. I'm pacifist, and I didn't want to hurt the kid or get in serious trouble, so I just took his punches. In the following weeks I was told that we were both in an equal amount of trouble and that because I defended myself I was banned from the bus for two months. The other kid just got an ISS and he was leaving the bus anyways. AMERICA.

Did you read the topic? They were about in the same age group. They both had a fair chance at knocking someone out. The kid shouldn't fight anyone anyways, but he's not a dumbass due to the chances.

Do you have anything in that head of yours?  Age group has very little to do with someone's ability to fight.  And besides, Destroyer never said he was in the same age group ass the starfish, the friend who did the restraining was.
