Chargeable Melee Weapon Template anyone?

Hey there folks!
I have a new suggestion here,
A melee weapon with both Default Slice and Chargeable Slice, like in Morrowind and Age of Time.
If it's easy to code, please, tell me how to do this, or make a template for me and others to edit :D
This will greatly help with RPG's and not-so-mainstream deathmatches.

I'm not asking for Chargin' Targe/Eyelander, I am asking for a weapon that charges on HOLDING the left mouse button. When you release the mouse button it will deliver a stronger strike.

You weren't very specific on your request you just stated you wanted to see it made.

I mean I could remake the carrot off of Saints row and give a charge attack if you want.

Well to be even more specific,
Its a weapon that acts like in Age of Time and The Elder Scrolls.
Its like a combination of Sword and Spear.
If you click instead of hold the mouse button, it will do a normal slash.
If you HOLD the mouseclick, the sword will charge up, and when you release, it will deliver a more powerful slash.
It may also remind you of Recurved Bow.

It doesn't matter if you hold down the knife,I just spam it the chance I get at crown's JailRP on guards the chance I get.
