OK GUYS: while playing SA2B, a pretty old game, I was in this level where you have gravity switches and have to get to different areas to complete the stage. So, I'm in the bedroom, I'd likable to click a button, and fly to the roof with rising velocity, but to survive impact with the roof, I'd need platforms making their way up to the roof. Also server wide and single client gravity changes. BTW: Stage was Crazy Gadget, the best of my opinion.

Do you mean turning upside down and walking on the ceiling kind of gravity or floating upwards kind of gravity?

Here's an idea; make a custom map with two bedrooms, one right-side up and one flipped. When a switch is flipped, you're teleported to the flipped bedroom.

Yes.

No.

Yes.
That makes no sense, you did not define which one you meant.

sonic adventure 2 battle isn't old :(
(sonic adventure 2 on the other hand may be called "old")
also, i'm pulling the old "torque can't do it" card

card pulled

The player can only be rotated on the z-axis.

Pretty old...

The player can only be rotated on the z-axis.

And that can't change?

Pretty old...
I don't count GameCube-generation as old.

And that can't change?

not without engine changes and that'd be kinda silly to do

Ahh well stuff. That sucks. Torque needs to get it's ass in gear.

i'm pretty sure newer torque is capable of that
blockland runs on a relatively old heavily modified version of tge
the only way to way to rotate the player on z is being in a vehicle, eg. the skis

The player rotates on z, it can't rotate on x and y.
