Either way, they are more pleasing than what you recently coded. Even if BlockOS does look crap (according to you) your slide-on menu doesn't follow the same style. I'm not trying to be rude or intrusive it's just my point of view.

The bar in the left side and the bar in the top side might look good seperately, but combined in this way they cancel out each other's aesthetic value.
