Looks really nice so far, and even though the story that you've revealed is simple it sounds great for introducing the controls.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that all of the animations are just for testing. I just realized I didn't show that you can sprint either.

Is there going to be some sort of targeting reticule of any sort? At this point it seems like there isn't one, so unless you are going to implement a targeting style similar to that of Black Shades, I would like to see a targeting reticule.

needs more monocles and shotguns...

needs more monocles Yes.
and shotguns... Weapons in general, actually.

Also, a tophat. Make it happen.

Yeah I just haven't made one. I haven't worked on the hud much besides the ammo counter and weapon name display but that was mostly code from a tutorial.

Yeah I'll have those.

needs more hats
There will be.

needs more sr3 type stuff, with a jc2 hook

The character is breathing a bit too fast and all the animations look very unrealistic.

Other than that, good job! I didn't think you'd come that far

Elaborate on the saints row 3 stuff.
I'm thinking of adding a grappling hook at some point but I'm not sure. I've heard its very hard to add one when you extend from the default pawn which is what I'm doing. I'm not much of a coder. Quite a bit of the code for my game has been taken out of tutorials or other classes, but I'm learning.

Test animations, but thanks.

There's a new piece of concept art on the site. Here's the newspost.

Feel free to ask questions about the game, give me tips, etc. I'd like to keep this topic alive.
