I understand this side of development, but it should be incorporated before you go too far.  You don't want incompatibilities to start rolling out.
By making a projectile I meant making the actual projectile for the plasma cannon, not scripting it. Also there are no chances of incompatibilities because I build the code off of my already made code.

Redid the railgun.

Bump. Seeing as that 30 day contest seems to have flopped I'm going to start working on the game a bit more.

Looks real nice, but a nailgun like that would probably work like stuff.

Well I'm not really going for realism, but the way its supposed to work is the rail is locked into place in front of the canister at the back. The canister gets filled with air until it has a super high pressure and then the rail is unlocked and it goes flying. Same way a water gun works I think.

Same thing I've been working on since the last video other than models. I'm trying to implement climbing walls, which not all players will be able to do. Its more for stealthy people. I got it to the point where you could climb up but not down or left and right a while ago and I've been trying to improve it since.

Bump. As soon as I finish my 18 page report I'm going to get right to work on the game again.

Bump. Still working on climbing walls. Haven't made much progress. I think I might know what the problem is though.

The climbing system isn't working well enough for me to make a video yet, but I've decided to package the game and upload it so you can play it!
The catch is you have to find the link to the download.

There are two ways to find the download link.
One way is to go to my site and look for it. I'll give you a hint. It's on the front page and you need to use javascript to see it.

The other way is to find my dropbox account because that is where the file is uploaded to. I've used dropbox to host some images on the forums, so if you find those images, then you can find the file.

On Friday I might just put up the download link depending on how many people found it.

Finally, once you download the game and install it there is one thing you have to do for it to run properly. This won't be necessary in the future, but I can't fix it right now.
Anyway, you have to make a shortcut to *INSTALLATIONDIRECTORY*\Binaries\Win32\UDK.exe.
After you make the shortcut, right click it and choose properties. Go to the shortcut tab and in the target section add " ARM-City?Game=Armament.ArmamentGame" after what is already there. Then you can click the shortcut and play!

Controls:
WASD -Move
Left Shift- Sprint
E- Interact(To enter the vehicles)
Space- Jump
Left Click- Shoot
Right Click- Shoulder camera
Mouse Wheel- Goes through weapons(Though I think there's only one right now so that is useless)
F- Wallgrab(The debug lines that appear have to hit a wall for you to grab onto it)

Have fun! Let me know any bugs you find, any suggestions, or anything else you'd like to say about it.
Also please remember that this game is a work in progress in literally every way.

Ugh, I saw the Steam logo and thought you were actually going to sell the game on steam.
Then I clicked it, and found it was just your steam profile. :(

Anyways, I might try this out eventually, looks pretty neat!

If I can manage to get it on steam, I will, but that's a long way into the future.

Thanks though I really haven't put that much effort lol. I should really work on it more.

Oh and has anyone found it yet? Don't post the link, just tell me which method you used to find it.

I'm checking your edit history, but nothing is appearing after march 9

how could you get the link in w/o triggering an edit?
