holy crap; I have that same exact policy

that's why when people say my permanent bans are too "harsh", I call them stupid, because there is only one way to ban people effectively. when they're ready to return, they'll apologize, but I'm not about to play "time out" with people.

Oh, and there's a complete difference between what Cyber was doing:
-Acting like an idiot in chat, making people laugh.

And what other trolls do:
-Destroy friendly vehicles
-Ride solo just to die
-Spam chat so no conversations are possible

Regardless if I knew him IRL or not, I would've unbanned him simply because of the chat log heed posted. Also, if I'm not to be punished, then he shouldn't be either.
