It's a decoration, plus that would require a front layer.
You clearly did not see the door, bed, table or the default stickman

If you ever make a new game, make a 2D fighting platformer, and make different characters.
Make the characters the avatars of popular BLForum members, and each character has diff. weapons and abilities. This is just a suggestion because it seemed cool and I don't know enough about game making to make my own.

If you would like anything else made just ask.

For Bit Builder, if your world uses tables you can use http://love2d.org/wiki/libSaveTableToFile to load and save worlds.

how many guns dose it have

I'm willing to be a sprite artist for any of your games, I assumed you were able to change the textures in Bit Builder, but since you can't, I'll make a mockup of some texture ideas.

Haha, if I ever get rich and famous I'll make this and buyers will be like "wtf I don't get it."

Doesn't look Bit Builder-y enough to me. All the textures are two or three colors, that one is just a bit odd. Thanks for contributing though.

Holy stuff thanks man. I'll try to add this in v2.

You and Ike will be my go-to guys for textures. If you can make a good leaf texture, that would be great for v2.

Also, a few other comments on bit builder, perhaps you should add the ability to scroll though available blocks with the mouse wheel?

Plus a small suggestion, make it so that the block you're using appears next to your mouse instead of in the topleft corner, just a personal preference, maybe you can make it an option.

Thought of that, I like it the way it is.

These look very nice, and Bit Builder seems to have alot of potential.

If anyone out there knows Lua or is learning Lua I'd be more than happy to distribute the .love versions of these games among you.
Could I? Please? :D?
Bit Builder's source/.love would be wonderful.

Also, can you use C with Love? Maybe as an extension to it(the game in question), to serve as an extension to Love?
Or something like that?

Lua was made in C, so if you dive into the love2d source you might find some way to do it.

Thanks for the speedy response.

I found a bug, and have some suggestions if you feel like giving input.

Sometimes the cursor doesn't place blocks according to the cell the cursor sits upon. Instead, it places a block by some offset away from the cursor, thus placing a block maybe 2 blocks away. Not sure how it happe ... minimized, did a couple of things on my desktop, came back and found the bugged. Nevermind, realized this was what you meant in the OP about scrolling.

As for the ideas:
  • 'Lazy' placement; click and drag to place blocks at a more rapid pace rather than one-by-one
  • Mockup physics ... the blue block (assuming it's water) imo should be affected by gravity. I could experiment with this when I learn the Löve engine.
  • Brushes.

  • Brushes. I prefer the current cursor size.

Thank you for the feedback, I'll send you the .loves of these when I get home later today.
