[Tutorial] Making a Weapon for Retail Blockland

I got my joint, and well everything. Although there are a few things I have question/problems with.

1. I can't save becuz you have to pay, is that the only way to make it acually work?

2. Where do I tell it what to do (like damage).

3. I can't find a few things, like "Torque Engine DTS" under Export under file. I also can't find "Tile Texture Mapper".


Help please :P.
