Clan[USSR] *new*

Ive still kept my posts at least partialy related to USSR, and the current trend of general posts in the USSR section. It relates in the fact that the TBC clan, although lacking a Dedicated server, has only 3 admins in its entirety(a massively fail decision -_-) And i believe if USSR did this to its Members, it would server only to alienate the people who go on the primary.

If you can't trust your own admins doesn't that say something about the direction of the administration of this clan?

I think many bring a good point in. As long as you save your builds and not put them in obscure locations it shouldn't even be something to mumble about. Kicking everyone that had admin out and just leaving two that are hardly around is not only going to alienate people but also cause chaos out on the server.

If you have to bend your back to your server host just to please him and not the clan itself maybe it's time to find a new server provider.

I thought that myself, kinex. Untill i realized that when everyone has power, a power struggle develops with a lot of people who have different ideas on how to moderate, thats where problems come in. Thats why we voted on a member who I can trust and i trust fully. And i chose not to have a Dedi because of all the chaos of not having an admin there at all times and when i did have a dedi with all admins there were fights galore with people who had to settle things with other people (not in the clan). And i dont feel like cleaning up spam. Thats not my job as clan leader. Its my job to make sure i recruit the right people and to keep the clan as far up as i can and to have a solid foundation of good members. So i must do what ever it takes to acheive that. (even if it means pissing of a few members (Its ok Cnc))

I cleared a ton of spam last night too! It's amazing what one person with no Admin (and/or life) can do.

Edit:
The spammer's name is "Builder" and his ID is 1244.
It seems as though he only wants to join the server to spam!
He's permanently banned right now. If you want to be nicer and lower the limit, go right ahead!
