Not flat, It will have very diverse terrain, debris all over the place, some impassible piles of debris, smoke, hills, a German bunker, burned out buildings,  there will be no places where you can just snipe anyone, and if you decide to snipe you'll be less secure than in the afghan DM.

We will however, create our own complex terrain.
