6 hours and 17 exports later I've got a working version! (and a big thanks to kaje for reminding me to update Torque Constructor)
Too bad I didn't finish in time for some testing (beyond driving the jeep down the stairs a few times :) ), I need to get to bed.
Anyway, plans for tomorrow's update are as follows:
o Buckets and 2x4s arranged to be used as ramps.
o change the second floor texture to a plywood type texture to break up the monotony of a single texture and keep you from straining your eyes when you look up at the rafters from the first floor.
o Add a lunchbox
o Model a road.
o Hide a few other surprises around the map.
I might take the various stages of completion you've seen posted in the thread and assemble a small neighborhood, but the map is already huge as it is. I imagine that the main building would be great for deathmatches, the whole time I was making it I kept thinking of the army men game on the N64.
Oh, right, screenshots.

Random fact: I brought a 8 foot 2x4 in from my garage and scanned it on my scanner to create the wood texture. It wasn't easy fitting it around my desk. It made lots of noise. My mom asked me what I was doing, and of course, I answered "nothing." :D
