Do you have a tablet attached to it? Have you tried cleaning your mouse? Have you checked the mouse settings?
I don't have a table attached, but I have tablet drivers running.
I don't have a mouse connected.

So I'm letting my posessed mac play tf2. It prefers playing soldier, all it does is slowly spinning around in circles, swinging the equalizer in the air.

You can set up a mac to screen share to the point of where you can control another one from your computer. You can stalk people while they are on the computer if you set it up correctly.

Al it does is moving the mouse left (jumpy) and pressing left mouse button all the time.

OH stuff! IT PRESSED RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON!

ie: Macs have had 2 buttons for a while even if the feature isn't default. For instance, my 1 button trackpad has a right click.
