First you need to take drivers ED if you are under 18 then once you have had 9 hours of classroom time you can start driving after 35 hours of class room time and a certain amount of driving time you can get a permit once you are 16 and feel ready you can take your licence test then if you pass you get a licence.

Bind an axis or keys to the Rudder in controls menu, and use the throttle to accelerate
