I don't think there are many people who make up heartwarming stories like this as a joke and DON'T put some stuff punchline at the end

Even if it was just a story some one made up, or a joke someone was trying to pull, sometimes the content is stronger than the original intention. You never know if it's true or not, but it's the message that counts.
